5. Shipping Address Changes

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@valentovco.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • After the order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the delivery address.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Valentov is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier or filing a claim.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@valentovco.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the package and item.
